Following explorations into colour theory, students experimented by creating painterly ink backgrounds using warm and cool colours. Students then created detailed ink illustrations on their painted backgrounds and turned them into miniature wearable works of art in the form of badges. Students created original compositions using a range of source images as inspiration.
