In this unit of work students experimented with designing and creating 3D ceramic forms of birds using the pinch pot and other construction methods. Students were introduced to the process of bisque and glaze firing and experimented with ceramic glaze techniques.
In addition I have also delivered this unit using air dry paper clay and acrylic painting effects.
